The reimbursement for accommodation is made automatically and applies to visitors who pay with an international credit card or through a bank transfer from a foreign bank, and can validate their status as foreign citizens with their passport. Who can make this reimbursement? Hotels, hostels, pensions, lodgings, motels, camps, aparthotels and similar, that are registered in the AFIP as accommodation. In addition, travel agencies, provided that they are authorized by the Ministry of Tourism and that they are responsible for VAT registration.

To make this reimbursement you must follow these steps:
1. Buy in the shops that display the Tax Free logo and ask for the refund form.
2. When leaving the country, at the Ministro Pistarini International Airport (Ezeiza), at Customs, show the invoices along with the purchases and the passport, and have the refund forms received sealed.
